(Isra) 17 : 58
وَإِنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ أَوْ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا ۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي الْكِتَابِ مَسْطُورًا
And indeed there is no city except that We will destroy it before the Day of Judgment or punish it with severe punishment; that is inscribed in the Book.
Lord will not spare a city without severely punishing or destroying it before the Day of Judgment. When the other people belonging to Messenger’s community also become transgressors and wrongdoers like the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar, Doomsday will occur. Before the Trumpet for Doomsday blown, the believers having an atom of belief will be recalled by a cold breeze. See explanation 11: 100-104; 13: 41-42 and 16: 33.
